This Privacy Policy describes how Harisman Jeyakanthan ("we", "us", "our", or the "Operator") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the microload mobile and web application (the "App"). microload is operated as a sole-proprietor product by an individual based in Canada, and this Policy is written to comply with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Apple App Store and Google Play data-handling requirements.

microload is an independent indie project, not a corporation. There is no separate legal entity behind the App.

This Policy applies to:

• the microload iOS app (distributed via the Apple App Store),
• the microload Android app (distributed via Google Play),
• any web version of microload that we host, and
• any communications between you and us about the App.

This Policy does not apply to third-party services that you choose to connect or that we integrate with — those services have their own privacy policies, summarized in Section 7.
